I'm Kailynn Phillips and I am doing an awesome project about getting healthy! It will be a lot of work, but very well worth it! I plan to post once a week about my gym experience and how I feel after I work out with the trainer. Then I am going to post healthy dinner recipes, calculate their points plus values, and explain the slight changes that can make meals healthier!
